The Okamoto MA-5B is a slide-in power supply / servo amplifier module designed for machine tool control cabinets. It accepts AC 100V input and delivers DC 85V at 5A output. The front panel features an alarm LED indicator, an 8-pin connector (CN1) for alarm signals, and a screw terminal block (TB1) for AC input, DC output, and alarm interfacing.

Condition & Testing

This module is sold in used condition. The brushed aluminum faceplate and metal housing show light surface scuffing, dust, and handling marks consistent with prior installation, but no major damage or cracks are visible.

What's Included

Supplied as pictured: the MA-5B module with front terminal block pre-wired with red and cream-colored jumper leads, ring and spade terminals, and a small grey cylindrical component near TB1.
