We offer a functional guarantee on our entire stock of spare parts. All parts are tested and fully operational when added to our inventory.
If you encounter a problem during installation, within one week of receiving the equipment, we can consider a refund (excluding shipping costs) once the equipment is returned and inspected (at your expense). Beyond this period, the equipment cannot be accepted for return.
We guarantee a 24-hour delivery time within France using our carrier TNT NATIONAL, for all packages weighing up to 30 kg and for orders placed before 2 PM.
Upon customer request, we can also offer 24-hour delivery for shipments to Europe via our partner TNT INTERNATIONAL. For deliveries outside Europe, delivery times vary depending on the carrier's services.
For heavier packages requiring pallet or crate packaging, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's options.
We strive to offer the shortest possible delivery time for each order.
The carriers we use are TNT NATIONAL and TNT INTERNATIONAL.
Upon customer request, we can also ship packages via CHRONOPOST, UPS, or DHL.
We also offer a courier service for larger packages that require crate or pallet packaging.
Our system automatically calculates the shipping fees once you enter your address details.
