The Okamoto FX-AD is a used CNC/grinder controller interface board manufactured in Japan. The assembly features a NEC D70208GJ-10 gate array, UPD70108C processor, socketed EPROM module (AB20-01), HM628128BLFP-8 SRAM (128k x 8-bit), MAX232 line driver, and AD8403 digital potentiometer. The board is mounted in a sheet-metal enclosure with multiple multi-pin connectors including XP-1 (D-sub style), XS-A4, XP-A5, XP-A3, XS-A2, XS-2, and XS-DC1 power input, and carries visible status LEDs and a DIP switch block.

Condition & Testing

This board is in used condition showing light handling wear. No visible corrosion or component damage observed; all integrated circuits, connectors, and cabling remain intact.
